You have demonstrated that you have advanced sailing skills and are now pre qualified to "test-out" of the Skipper Course should you choose. This will give you access to gaining the Skipper Rank and beyond with out paying full price for the Skipper Course.
The requirements are:
- Answer all the questions from the Skipper Modules 1 through 11.
- Score 90% in each Module.
- Take only 3 attempts at passing each Module. If you fail to pass within 3 attempts of any Module then you fail the "test-out" You can then purchase the Skipper course material upgrade for $47.50.
- You have 30 days to complete the test out.
- The price is just $20.00 which is less than 50% of the course price.
Regardless of whether you pass or fail you will receive a $20.00 credit towards any other course.
The test out process will take approximately 2 hours of total time, however you can take as long as you want and login in and out as many times as you like to complete the test out (subject to the 30day rule above)
Each time you log out the system remembers where you left off.
