- To graduate to the rank of Skipper Level 1 you must:
- Complete the Skipper Course and
- The Maneuvering Under Power Clinic and
- Have a minimum of 10 days sailing on the water
- on a sailboat 28 foot (8m) or greater in length
- 5 days of which must be as Master of the vessel
