August 2024 - October 2024 Our Annapolis location is a great place to start your on the water training! To start your journey on SV Bella, I will arrange for a 5 minute water taxi from the Annapolis City Dock to bring you out to our floating class room on a mooring ball. Whether you want to learn the ropes and work on your Basic Sailing Skills with a series of day trips, or hone in on your existing skills and spend a week sailing and navigation throughout the Chesapeake, I am ready for your call.

Practical Training Courses

Notes: SV Bella is a well equipped, 2003, Beneteau Oceanis Celebration 411. Being a celebration design, has a performance rigg with a taller mast and deeper draft than the standard Oceanis 411. Her sloop design with a fin keel and spade rudder makes her ideal to learn the sailing basics with ease of handling, while being robust enough for offshore passage. Bella is fully suited for extended offshore passage and packed with a variety of sails for training and fun.
