Practical Competence of Skipper Rank
Conscientious, friendly and fun, repeats the drill as many times as necessary under various conditions to ensure understanding and competence. Encourages the Skipper Trainee with positive feedback when mastery is attained. Doesn’t sugar coat telling Trainee that more work is needed, and what exactly needs improvement. Would sail with her again, anytime!

Captain Lynn has helped me build confidence and a solid foundation on the water. She has a wealth of knowledge and encourages us to learn by doing and not be afraid to make mistakes along the way as they often provide the greatest opportunity to learn. Every time I was out on the water, I felt a steady sense of progression in my skills, guided by her expert instruction and the exercises and maneuvers she had us complete.
