Bradley is thorough and serious. He is fully committed to sharing and teaching you the skills and attitude. He doesn't skimp on his availability and is fully invested in his assessment. Very observant - he catches and corrects your faults and errors - then hones them to increase your skills. He will start over and over until you are perfect. He has lots of experience handling crews and quests which is a bonus above the course materials. I was delighted with my experience and would not hesitate to do it again.

I learned a lot and increased both my confidence and competence over the week of instruction and testing with Bradley. He made sure that I was able to translate theory into practice, and held me to the high standard he believed I was capable of as a sailor. I was nervous at first and I appreciated the way he adapted his methods so I could best demonstrate my abilities in taking on full suite of responsibilities as Captain. By the end of the week, earning the SLC Licence was a huge source of pride as there were no short cuts or compromise in getting there. I feel well prepared for the sailing adventures ahead - armed with new skills, increased confidence and a desire to grow my sailing abilities even further over the next few years. Thank you Bradley !

I enjoyed learning more than expected from the online coursework as well as the practical on-water training. Bradley was knowledgeable and worked with my wife and me to ensure we felt confident about safety procedures, sailing, mooring, anchoring, and caring for the boat (a Lagoon 46). By the end of the trip, we left an anchorage, raised the sails, and sailed 47 nm around Tortola and up the Sir Francis Drake Channel without instruments. He checked on me intermittently and watched from below, but allowing us to make that voyage as a "test run" for solo sailing was a great experience. We also spent some time docking and going over to the fuel and water dock. Overall, this was a good experience, and I feel confident I can now charter a similar vessel and keep my family safe. It was obvious that Bradley had prepared for this week, as I may have been one of his first few pupils to go after this level. I feel sure that he will only improve as time goes on. I rated him as "good" in te

There is a language barrier with the instruction. Slowing down, listening closely, and patience are essential.
