When you start with the Bareboat Charter Master RANK of online courses, you must also complete the Skipper RANK courses online. Similarly for Offshore Captain RANK

Off shore is serious business. While you can complete the theory requirements for Offshore Captain, you can not gain Captain RANK until you have logged at least 50 days in your logbook - Level III.

You can short cut to level 1 by entering as little as 4 days of experience if your instructor/Assessor signs you off as competent.

Typically, a yacht charter company will require significant experience on your resume to charter a yacht. Thus, Level III is a realistic number whereby you will be accepted. The Bareboat Charter Master Rank therefore requires a minimum of Level III
