Great Question and the answer is in reality no. Dependencies are: depth, tide height variation, current, wind strength, wind direction, boat weight, all chain. The best thing is to try to give every one room and constantly check your situation during the night as conditions change. My secret is to drop off a couple of boat lengths from the stern of another boat then back away.

Okay that makes sense. Set your scope and you should be fine. Just monitor your situation as things progress would be the prudent thing.
