Introducing NauticEd’s Introduction to Sailing Course, a comprehensive online learning experience designed to introduce you to sailing. We'll demystify how sailboats operate, teach you the art of sailing, and instill essential safety skills, all through an engaging and interactive online curriculum. Whether you're setting sail as a complete beginner or seeking to refresh your sailing knowledge, this course is the ideal starting point.
You’ll also receive the Basic Sail Trim and Navigation Rules courses for free. With Basic Sail Trim you learn how to adjust the sails for optimal performance, whereas Navigational Rules teaches you the “Rules of the Road” and navigational markers to operate your vessel safely.
You will learn:

Upon completion of the online course, an acknowledgement of completion is added to your sailing resume. If you train with a NauticEd sailing instructor, you also will receive a Basic Sailing Skills certificate after a successful assessment of your skills and competency on the water.
